- 1 Pink Lady® apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 small banana
- 100 g blueberries
Preparation
- Peel the apple and the bananas.
- Cut the apple into small pieces and the banana into thin slices.
- Press the lemon and run the juice through a sieve to remove any pips. Add the apple, banana, blueberries and lemon juice to the blender.
- Blend well and serve immediately.
