For a sweet snack or for dessert, these little tarts are delightfully exotic !

Petites pies de Pink Lady® râpées aux fruits secs à la vanille



  • 3 Pink Lady® apples
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 5 pitted prunes
  • 1 vanilla stick
  • 2 ready-made puff pastry sheets
  • 2 tbsp golden raisins


  1. Peel and core the Pink Lady® apples and then slice into quarters and shred the quarters. Cut the prunes and dried apricots into small cubes. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise, and then cut each half into three pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the shredded apples, the dried fruits and the vanilla. Sprinkle with sugar and let cook 10 minutes over low heat. Remove the vanilla sticks. Cut 4 circles into each puff pastry dough sheet. Place a dough circle in each pre-buttered or greased mould.

Pink Lady® top tip

Line each greased pan with a dough circle, then arrange the apples in the four pans and cover with the remaining dough circles. Seal the edges well. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes.
